This Privacy Policy explains how StreamEast (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use our websites, apps, and sign-in options, including Google sign-in.

Who we are

StreamEast provides live sports streaming and related account features (including Premium, Multi Stream, Live TV, and support). Contact: Contact us.

Information we collect

Account information

If you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored as a hash, not as plain text). We may also store account preferences, Premium status, and support messages you send us.

Google sign-in

If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google asks you to allow StreamEast to receive basic profile information. We receive:

  • your Google account email
  • a stable Google user ID (subject) so we can recognize the same Google account next time

We use this only to create or sign in to your StreamEast account. We do not receive your Google password. You can revoke StreamEast’s access at any time in your Google Account permissions.

Other sign-in options

If you sign in with Discord or email, we collect the identifiers those methods provide (for example Discord user ID and email) for the same account purpose.

Technical and usage data

We automatically collect browser type, device information, cookies or similar identifiers, and pages or streams you request. This helps us operate the service, keep accounts secure, remember settings, and measure performance.

Payments

If you buy Premium, your card number never reaches StreamEast. We do not see it and we do not store it. We only record that a payment succeeded and the related order.

How we use information

  • Create and authenticate your account, including Google sign-in
  • Send verification, security, and service emails
  • Provide streaming, Premium features, and support
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
  • Remember preferences (for example theme or score visibility)
  • Show advertising to free users, unless you have an active Premium plan that turns site ads off

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in sessions, security, preferences, and (for free users) advertising. You can block cookies in your browser; some features, including staying signed in, may then stop working.

Sharing

We do not share your account data with anyone, including payment providers and advertisers.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is open. You can permanently delete your account and its data yourself from My Account → Security (Delete Account). You do not need to contact us.

Your choices

  • Update email or password in My Account
  • Disconnect Google access from your Google Account
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails where those links are offered
  • Delete your account yourself from My Account → Security

Children

StreamEast is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

We may process information on servers outside your country. By using StreamEast you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

For content removal, use the contact form. We reply to these requests within 24 hours.
